Arriving On-Site

Proceed to FlightSimExpo Registration, located in the Paradise Event Center Foyer of the Westgate Las Vegas, to check-in with our team, receive your badge, and get access to your exhibit booth. After checking in, exhibitors (and anyone under their escort) can access the Exhibit Hall continuously, including outside show hours, with their badge.

Advanced Exhibitor Setup

3pm - 5pm: Staff On-Site to Support Exhibitors
Exhibitors may begin setup any time after 3pm on Wednesday. Setup must be complete by 4pm on Friday when the Exhibit Hall opens to the public.

Exhibitor Setup & Partner Social

9am - 5pm: Staff On-Site to Support Exhibitors
10am - 6pm: Badge Pick-Up
5pm - 7pm: Partner Welcome Social

Exhibitors must be clear of the facility by 9pm on Sunday. Materials remaining after this time will be disposed of at your expense.
