Attendees consistently tell us they want the option to buy on the show floor—it’s the most common request we hear every year. Selling on-site is easier than ever, and most exhibitors find it’s worth doing regardless of company size. If you’d rather not carry inventory, consider pre-sales with on-site pickup, or point-of-sale with shipping to the attendee’s home. Two solutions are available for selling on-site:

Option 1: Sell Yourself

No advance paperwork or State of Nevada registration required! Fill out a simple form on-site telling us your total sales and we’ll handle the rest.

Option 2: Use FlightSimWebshop

Hand off the logistics to one of flight sim’s most popular retailers. Just provide the product and let FlightSimWebshop handle the rest.

Sell Yourself

Selling your own products at FlightSimExpo doesn’t require any registration or paperwork in advance. If you’re selling tangible products, just tell us you’re doing so. We’ll hand you a one-time sales tax return to fill out on-site before departing the event. We’ll invoice you for the applicable sales tax and remit it to the State of Nevada on your behalf. As of January 2024, the applicable sales tax rate is 8.38%.
If you sell at more than two events in Nevada within a twelve-month period, you’re required to register with the Department of Taxation and obtain your own Sales & Use Tax Permit.

Sell Through FlightSimWebshop

This option is available for hardware vendors only.
Don’t want to deal with bringing inventory, staffing a register, or handling tax paperwork? FlightSimWebshop, a leading flight simulation hardware retailer, will sell your hardware on-site on your behalf. Set up an arrangement with Jeremy in advance, and he handles the rest.
