Shipping to the FedEx Office is only suitable for small boxes or packages that can be hand-carried to your booth. The FedEx Office is not equipped to handle large shipments like pallets or crates, and there is no mechanism to get such shipments onto the show floor.
Receiving Window
Items must be received between May 12 and May 29. Items received after May 29 are subject to a late fee of at least $100, with an absolute deadline of Monday, June 8. FedEx Office receiving hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm, excluding holidays. Ensure your carrier only attempts delivery during these hours.Material Handling Charges

Ship Your Items

Retrieve Your Items On-Site
After arriving on-site, visit the FedEx Office during business hours and pick up your items. Then, manually move them to your exhibit booth.
