This option is only suitable for large shipments that are picked up from the venue on Sunday afternoon. The dock is unmonitored, so anything left after Sunday afternoon sits unattended, at your own risk.
If your carrier can pick up directly from the show site on Sunday, or if you are putting large items into your own vehicle, Demers will move your shipment to the loading dock and you or your carrier take it from there.

Material Handling Charges

Inbound material handling charges paid to Demers cover outbound service. If you did not ship to the Advance Warehouse or use Demers inbound, the charge is $1.35/lb with a minimum charge of $95.

Arrange a Sunday Pickup with your Carrier

Make arrangements with your carrier to pick up directly from the venue loading dock on Sunday afternoon. Carriers must check in with Demers on-site by 5pm.The loading dock address is:

Pack Your Items

Once the event ends, pack your pallets and large shipments at your booth. Then, notify Demers your items are ready for pickup. Demers will move the items to the loading dock.

Meet Your Carrier

Meet your carrier at the loading dock and ensure your items are picked up successfully.
It is your responsibility to meet your carrier and confirm the items are picked up, prior to you departing the venue. Neither Demers nor FlightSimExpo is responsible for items shipped outbound via the loading dock, and we cannot provide information regarding the status items left on the loading dock after Sunday afternoon.
