Attendee Giveaways

We encourage partners to bring giveaway items for attendees. In the past, we’ve seen branded mugs, T-shirts, hats, pens, bags, and more given out to all FlightSimExpo attendees.
  • Giveaway items for exhibitors are placed at the exhibitor’s booth.
  • Items for non-exhibiting sponsors are placed near registration.

Recommended Quantity: 1,500

FlightSimExpo 2026 had almost 2,500 in-person attendees. For 2027, we recommend a quantity of 1,500 for giveaway items.

Logistics

FlightSimExpo will cover material handling charges for attendee giveaway items for Platinum and Diamond Sponsors, provided they’re shipped and addressed correctly.
You can either bring items with you or ship them in advance. Shipped items require special addressing and must be received between May 12 and May 29. Please email phil@flightsimassociation.com for specific instructions.

On-Site Activations

The exhibitors who get the most attention at the show are usually the ones who give attendees something to do, not just something to look at.
Simply showing up and exhibiting isn’t enough to stand out—the exhibitors attendees remember are the ones who give them a reason to stop, engage, and come back. Think about how you’ll turn foot traffic into an experience.

Live Demos & Challenges

Run a live flight challenge, time trial, or landing competition at your booth with a leaderboard and a small prize for the top score.

Try-Before-You-Buy

Let attendees actually fly your hardware or software. The flight sim crowd converts best when they can try it themselves.

Social Media Moments

Create a photo-worthy that includes a cockpit mockup, branded backdrop, or similar. Then, encourage attendees to tag you when they post.

Scheduled Reveals

Announce a new product or update live at your booth at a specific time each day, and promote the time slot in advance so people show up.

Raffles & Giveaway Tie-Ins

Tie your giveaway items to an activity. Consider things like entering a raffle by completing a demo, following your socials, or beating a challenge score.

Meet the Team

Host company leaders, real pilots, influencers, and more at your booth for Q&A. Attendees want face time with the people behind the product!
