We anticipate that partners will receive unsolicited emails or phone calls from companies falsely offering to sell contact information, hotel booking services, or exhibitor/attendee lists for FlightSimExpo. This is a common scam that affects nearly every event. Some fraudulent emails even use the FlightSimExpo logo illegally.
We take great care in protecting the contact information you provide to us and do not share it with third parties, except:
  1. Through the FlightSimExpo Partner Directory, if you opt in.
  2. With Demers Events & Expo Services, our show services partner. They may contact you with questions about your shipping plans or add-on orders.
Otherwise, all legitimate communication will come directly from the FlightSimExpo team with an @flightsimassociation.com or @flightsimexpo.com email address.
