This option is only suitable for large shipments that are delivered to the loading dock during specified load-in hours. Shipping to the loading dock in advance is not permitted. The dock is unmonitored, so anything delivered outside of load-in hours sits unattended, at your own risk.
If you have large items that need help getting from the loading dock to your booth, Demers will move them for you—whether that’s a freight shipment, or your own truck that needs unloading.

Receiving Window

Items must be received during the following hours. Ensure your carrier only attempts delivery during these hours.
  • Wednesday, June 9: 3pm – 5pm
  • Thursday, June 10: 9am – 5pm
  • Friday, June 11: 9am – 12pm

$95 per 100 lb. with a minimum charge of $190.
