Exhibitors choosing this option must be self-sufficient: you are responsible for bringing dollies/carts, labor, and all other items needed to unload your vehicle, move items to your booth, and store empty boxes/crates.Should you require assistance, Demers can move your items at $95 per 100 lb. with a minimum charge of $190.
During load-in, exhibitors can access the loading dock with their own vehicle at no charge, subject to the restrictions below.

Restrictions on Self Load-In

Bonafide Employees Only

Personnel performing the work must be full-time employees of the exhibiting company.

Hand-Operated Equipment Only

Self-supplied, two-wheeled hand trucks and four-wheeled flat carts are permitted.

No Fork Trucks

The use of forklifts or other mechanized equipment is restricted to licensed personnel.

You Own Your Storage

You assume responsibility for storing empty boxes/creates during the show to ensure they aren’t disposed of.

Park at the Loading Dock

Access to the loading dock is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
You may load in any time after 3pm on Wednesday, June 9. The loading dock address is:
Upon arrival, personnel from the venue and/or Demers (our show services partner) will direct you where to park and unload.

Manually Unload Your Items

Two-wheeled hand trucks and four-wheeled flat carts are permitted, but must be self-supplied. Equipment and labor assistance will not be provided.

Relocate Your Vehicle

After unloading, relocate your vehicle to the parking lot.To ensure sufficient space exists for other exhibitors to load-in, relocate your vehicle immediately after you’ve finished unloading and before beginning to setup your booth.
Vehicles in the loading dock area must be actively unloading, and then must relocate to the parking lot. Long-term or overnight parking in the loading dock is not permitted.
