All electrical drops include a power bar with 6 NEMA 5-15R outlets (120, 3 prong). Exhibitors are responsible for bringing adaptors and extension cords as needed.Electrical drops will be placed at the back of your booth. Email any specific layout diagrams to phil@flightsimassociation.com.
Venue policies restrict FlightSimExpo volunteers from assisting with booth setup, so plan accordingly to ensure you have all the help you need in setting up your booth. Dedicated labor can be ordered through Demers in advance if you need it.
Bring any accessories, tools, and peripherals you’ll need to set up your booth, including extension cords, power adaptors, computer peripherals, tape, etc. FlightSimExpo does not stock these items, and anything needed on-site must be sourced locally at your own expense. We strongly recommend doing a “dry run” of your booth setup before shipping items or traveling to the show, to make sure you have everything you need.
