# Self Load-Out

> Hand-carrying your own items to the loading dock.

<Note>
  Exhibitors choosing this option must be self-sufficient: you are responsible for bringing dollies/carts, labor, and all other items needed to move items to the loading dock and into your vehicle.
</Note>

During load-out, exhibitors can access the loading dock with their own vehicle **at no charge,** subject to the restrictions below.

## Restrictions on Self Load-Out

    Personnel performing the work must be full-time employees of the exhibiting company.

  <Card title="Hand-Operated Equipment Only" icon="cart-flatbed">
    Self-supplied, two-wheeled hand trucks and four-wheeled flat carts are permitted.
  </Card>

  <Card title="No Fork Trucks" icon="ban">
    The use of forklifts or other mechanized equipment is restricted to licensed personnel.

  <Card title="You Box Your Own Items" icon="box">
    You assume responsibility for re-packing your items and moving them off the show floor.

## Instructions

  <Step title="Park at the Loading Dock">
    <Note>
      Loading dock access begins at **3pm on Sunday.** Vehicles are not permitted to stage early, while the event is still open to the public.
    </Note>

    You may load out any time after **3pm on Sunday, June 11.** The loading dock address is:

    ```
    310 Eagle Street
    Saint Paul, MN 55102
    ```

    Upon arrival, personnel from the venue and/or Demers (our show services partner) will direct you where to park.

      Vehicles in the loading dock area must be actively loading. To ensure sufficient space exists for other exhibitors, **do not park in the loading dock until after you've finished packing your items at your booth and are ready to begin loading them into your vehicle.**

  <Step title="Manually Load Your Items">
    Two-wheeled hand trucks and four-wheeled flat carts are permitted, but must be self-supplied. Equipment and labor assistance will not be provided.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Relocate Your Vehicle">
    After loading, depart the venue or relocate your vehicle to the parking lot.
