# Security & Access

> Who can access the exhibit hall, and when.

FlightSimExpo event spaces, including the exhibit hall, will be restricted to attendees, sponsors, exhibitors, and personnel identified with FlightSimExpo badges. Members of the public who aren't registered generally won't have access to event spaces. However, Westgate Las Vegas is a public facility, so other groups and/or hotel guests may be nearby.

## Security

FlightSimExpo works with our venue and third-party security services to apply recommended security practices throughout the event. Please wear your FlightSimExpo badge at all times when accessing event spaces and expect to see a mix of security and uniformed police officers during event hours. These officers are in place to ensure the event remains accessible, safe, and welcoming to all registered attendees and partners.

## After-Hours Access

Exhibitors needing to access the Exhibit Hall after-hours may do so with their FlightSimExpo Exhibitor badge. Additional details will be provided on-site for anyone needing access during these hours.
