# Loading Dock

> Have your carrier deliver directly to the show site during specified hours.

<Note>
  This option is only suitable for large shipments that are **delivered to the loading dock during specified load-in hours**. Shipping to the loading dock in advance is not permitted. The dock is unmonitored, so anything delivered outside of load-in hours sits unattended, at your own risk.

If you have large items that need help getting from the loading dock to your booth, Demers will move them for you—whether that's a freight shipment, or your own truck that needs unloading.

## Receiving Window

Items must be received during the following hours. Ensure your carrier only attempts delivery during these hours.

* **Wednesday, June 9:** 3pm – 5pm
* **Thursday, June 10:** 9am – 5pm
* **Friday, June 11:** 9am – 12pm

### Material Handling Charges

\$95 per 100 lb. with a minimum charge of \$190.

    Meet your carrier at the loading dock and coordinate with Demers to unload the shipment and move it to your booth.
