# Feedback & Tips

> What past attendees have told us.

FlightSimExpo attendees shared the following feedback in post-event surveys. It's provided here to help you get the most out of your time as an exhibitor.

<p />

<Card title="Sell On-Site" icon="cart-shopping" horizontal>
  This is the most frequent comment we hear from attendees! Consider pre-sales with on-site pickup, point-of-sale transactions with shipping to the attendee's home, or bringing merchandise with you. If you sell virtual items, sell download codes right on-site.
</Card>

<p />

<Card title="Offer Show-Specific Discounts" icon="tag" horizontal>
  Attendees would like to see discounts offered to those in attendance, as is common at other industry events.

<p />

<Card title="Consider Reservations or Ticket Systems" icon="ticket" horizontal>
  For popular displays, a "take a number" or sign-up system lets attendees walk the floor while waiting their turn. This is especially useful for higher-end hardware vendors who want one-on-one time with seriously interested customers.

<p />

<Card title="Health Practices" icon="hand-sparkles" horizontal>
  Attendees often comment on the spread of germs, especially when trying simulators or VR headsets. Consider wipes to clean VR headsets between uses, or single-use covers.

<p />

<Card title="Announce New Products" icon="star" horizontal>
  Attendees are looking for exhibitors and developers to announce new products. Use shows like FlightSimExpo as a platform to "wow the audience," rather than just updating existing work.
</Card>

<p />

<Card title="Stay for the Whole Event" icon="clock" horizontal>
  Attendees notice when exhibitors pack up early. Exhibitors who vacate their booth before 3pm on Sunday may be subject to penalties at future events.
