# Booth Specs & Equipment

> What's included in your booth, and how to order more.

The FlightSimExpo Partner Hub is the single source of truth for your booth's configuration, including booth size, furnishings, internet, electrical, monitors, and more.

## Ordering Basic Furnishings

Basic furnishings can be ordered directly through the Partner Hub. Click the `Request Changes` button to view available options and pricing.

## Ordering Additional Services

Demers Events & Expo Services is the official show services partner for FlightSimExpo. For equipment beyond what's listed in the Partner Hub—such as furniture, labor, graphics, and more—see the Demers Service Kit.

  The deadline to receive discounted pricing through Demers is **Friday, May 28**. Orders placed after the deadline will be charged at floor rates.

<Note>
  The exhibit hall floor is **carpeted**. Ordering additional carpet for your booth is not recommended.
</Note>

### Placing an Order Through Demers

    Email [info@demersexpo.com](mailto:info@demersexpo.com) and ask them to "create an online ordering login for FlightSimExpo."

    After receiving online access, view their catalog and place an order. Orders placed online save the 8% administrative fee.

## About Basic Furnishings

### Exhibit Tables

Standard exhibit tables are 6' long × 2' wide × 30" tall, with a 2" lip, black skirting, and a white top. The images below depict the standard tables used on-site without the skirting and top. **INCLUDE PHOTO**

### Pipe and Drape

All booths include pipe and drape as noted on the floorplan. Booths with rear drape also include a sign with the exhibitor's name and booth number.

### Electrical

All electrical drops include a power bar with 6 NEMA 5-15R outlets (120, 3 prong). Exhibitors are responsible for bringing adaptors and extension cords as needed.

Electrical drops will be placed at the back of your booth. Email any specific layout diagrams to [phil@flightsimassociation.com](mailto:phil@flightsimassociation.com).

## Booth Setup Tips

### Labor

Venue policies restrict FlightSimExpo volunteers from assisting with booth setup, so plan accordingly to ensure you have all the help you need in setting up your booth. Dedicated labor can be ordered [through Demers](./specs-and-equipment#ordering-additional-services) in advance if you need it.

### Accessories

Bring any accessories, tools, and peripherals you'll need to set up your booth, including extension cords, power adaptors, computer peripherals, tape, etc. FlightSimExpo does not stock these items, and anything needed on-site must be sourced locally at your own expense.

We strongly recommend doing a "dry run" of your booth setup before shipping items or traveling to the show, to make sure you have everything you need.
